Growth360 provides two powerful tracking tools for email campaigns: Conversion Metrics to measure revenue and ROI attributed to campaigns, and Click Tracking to see exactly which links were clicked and by whom.
Conversion Metrics
Conversion Metrics shows you how much revenue and how many orders your email campaigns have generated. Growth360 uses the Last Touch Model – the most recently opened campaign before an order is placed receives the attribution credit.
Viewing Conversion Data
Access a campaign’s statistics from the action menu (three dots) next to any campaign. The conversions panel shows the revenue and orders attributed to that campaign within your attribution window.
Click the Ordered tab within the details section to see the individual orders associated with contacts who were attributed to this campaign.
Customising the Attribution Window
The attribution window determines how many days after a campaign send a conversion will still be credited to that campaign. The default is 5 days, but you can extend it up to 60 days.
Navigate to Marketing > Emails > Campaigns > Settings (gear icon) to adjust the attribution window and configure whether attribution applies to all campaigns or only those containing products.
Click Tracking
Click Tracking lets you see which links in your campaign emails were clicked, how many times, and by which contacts. Enable it before sending to capture this data.
Note: Click tracking is currently available for standard email marketing campaigns only. It does not work for RSS campaigns, A/B testing campaigns, or automated workflow campaigns.
Enabling Click Tracking
Go to Marketing > Emails > Campaigns and set up or open an existing campaign.
When preparing to send or schedule the campaign, locate the Click Tracking toggle and enable it before sending.
Viewing Click Performance
After sending, open the campaign’s action menu and select Statistics.
From the statistics view, click Load More Statistics to access the full detail view. The percentage of emails with clicks is shown in the summary.
Switch to the Click Performance tab to see the full breakdown – which links were clicked, click counts, and the contacts who clicked each one.
Troubleshooting
- No click data showing: Confirm that Click Tracking was enabled before the campaign was sent. It cannot be applied retroactively.
- Custom values: Custom values are supported with click tracking.
- Trigger links: Trigger links are not currently supported for click tracking.
