Managing your social media shouldn’t feel like a full-time job—especially when you’re already running a business.
The Growth360 Social Planner consolidates all your scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking tools into a single, clean dashboard, helping you stay consistent, visible, and on-brand without burning out.
This guide gives you a full tour of the Social Planner inside Growth360, with tips on how to use it to plan posts, track results, and free up time for the rest of your business.
Let’s explore how to use a social media planner for your small business
Accessing the Social Planner
You’ll find the Social Planner in the left-hand menu of Growth360.
Note: Not all plans have access to this feature, so contact our friendly team if you can’t see it and would like to add this add-on.
Planner Overview
The Planner gives you a bird’s-eye view of your entire social content calendar. You’ll see:
- Published Posts
- Scheduled Posts
- Drafts or upcoming templates
Tip: Use the calendar view to spot gaps in your schedule and avoid last-minute rushes.
Post Builder
To create a new post, click the + New Post button. From here, you can:
- Choose the platform(s) to publish to
- Write your caption
- Add media (images, video, GIFs)
- Set the date and time for publishing
Tip: Need post ideas? Think about a question one of your current clients asked you last week. If they are asking, it’s likely others have the same question and will be asking Google for an answer.
Connected Accounts
The Social Planner connects to your major social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
You can filter your Planner view by account using the drop-down menu, which is handy for managing content across brands or platforms.
View Settings
You can customise your Planner view by:
- Date range – Focus on today, this week, or this month
- Display mode – Switch between list view or grid/calendar
This helps you manage upcoming campaigns and keep everything visually aligned.
Post Preview
Each post in your Planner gives a quick preview, including:
- Caption: The written text
- Media: A thumbnail image or video
- Status: Scheduled, published, or draft
- Type: Direct post or template-based
- Date: Scheduled time and date
- Social Accounts: Which platforms it’s going to
Tip: Hover over the account icons to see exactly which channels are included in each post.
Social Planner Settings
Click the gear icon in the top right of the Planner to adjust your account connections and notification settings. This is where you manage integrations with your social accounts and control alerts for scheduled posts.
Content Tab
In the Content section, you can browse or search through your posts and templates. This is useful if you:
- Reuse evergreen content
- Maintain brand consistency across campaigns
- Review or edit older posts
Statistics
Finally, the Statistics tab gives you insights into how your content is performing. You can view top-performing posts based on likes, comments, and shares.
Tip: Use this data to guide your future content. See what worked and do more of that!
Keep It Simple. Stay Consistent.
The best way to grow on social media is consistency, not perfection. With Growth360’s Social Planner, you can batch content, track results, and build a presence without feeling overwhelmed.
